Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
1. **Unopened Kits**
- If your test kit is unused and the seal is intact, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Defective or Damaged Kits
- If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt for a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Used or Opened Kits
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for kits that have been opened or used. Once a sample has been collected and registered, it is processed immediately to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order before the test kit has shipped, you may do so for a full refund. Once the test kit has been dispatched, cancellations will be subject to the conditions outlined above.

Shipping Timeline

Tracking Your Order
- After your test kit is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please note, it may take 2-3 weeks before your results are ready.
Shipping Destinations
